If an installation, special service, or work is required for any purpose not covered by other provisions of this chapter, the Department, on approval of the Director, will perform the necessary special service, installation, or work. The Department will bill, and the applicant must pay, the cost of the Department staff time, material, excavation, repairs, and applicable overhead. (Ord. No. G-6741, § 2 (Exh. A), 2020)
