The City Manager will retain an independent consultant with expertise in water rate analysis to review a proposed increase to the water rates prescribed in Section 37-63. The consultant will present the consultant’s findings and review to the public, the City Manager and the Council before proposed water rate increases are submitted to the Council for action. (Ord.
