Sec. 39-12. Rules and regulations.

The City Manager or designee is authorized to make reasonable and necessary rules and regulations to carry out provisions of the ordinance. All such rules and regulations shall be approved by the Rehabilitation Appeals Board, and the City Council after a public hearing. (Ord. No. G-3859, § 3)
