A. Cleaning, painting, washing, polishing of or otherwise maintaining aircraft shall be accomplished only in areas designated for that purpose by the Aviation Director and in compliance with environmental laws and the airport’s best management practices.

B. All companies engaged in these activities shall submit a written plan for approval by the Director. The plan should include, at a minimum a materials safety data sheet for all chemicals being used and the procedure for their application and removal. (Ord. No. G-4116, § 2, 1998)
