Sec. 4-205. Access cards, fuel handler cards, and gate operating control devices.
This section is included in your selections.
A. For the purpose of defraying the cost associated with issuing access cards, fuel handlers cards, and gate operating control devices at Phoenix Deer Valley Airport and Phoenix Goodyear Airport, the following fees shall apply for each card or device issued:
1. Access card fee: $25.00.
2. Fuel handlers card fee: $20.00.
3. Replacement fuel handler and access card fee: $15.00.
4. Gate operating control device fee: $110.00.
