The use of any portion of the airport for revenue-producing commercial activities or to solicit business or funds is prohibited unless authorized by the Aviation Director by lease, permit or license agreement under such terms and conditions that may be required by the Aviation Director for the safe, efficient and orderly use of the airport. Except where otherwise specifically provided in this chapter or Section 36-156.02, a violation of the requirements of this article shall be deemed a Class 1 misdemeanor. (Ord.
