No person shall keep uncovered trash containers in any area of the airport. No vehicle used for hauling trash, dirt or any other materials shall be operated on the airport unless such vehicle is constructed so as to prevent the contents thereof from dropping, sifting, leaking, or otherwise escaping therefrom. Areas to be used for trash or garbage containers shall be designated by the Aviation Director and no other areas shall be used. Such areas shall be kept clean and sanitary at all times. (Ord.
