In accordance with regulations, the Procurement Officer may require the submission of current cost or pricing data in connection with any contemplated contract award in the absence of sufficient revenue competition. Cost or pricing data may also be requested concerning contract change orders or contract amendments in order to determine the reasonableness of any costs or prices. (Ord. No. G-5953, 2014)
