The license may be renewed or extended by the licensor, upon application of the licensee, in accordance with the then existing rules of the State and City law. Nothing in this provision shall be construed to require such renewal or extension. (Ord. No. G-2199, § 1; Ord. No. G-3961, § 1, 1996)
