The City hereby reserves the right to acquire the property, in whole or in part, of the licensee utilized in the performance of its license by purchase or through the exercise of the right of eminent domain in accordance with the conditions set forth in the Arizona Revised Statutes. However, under no circumstances shall any valuation be made for any right or privilege granted by a license issued under authority of this chapter should the City acquire the property of the licensee.
