Any person violating any of the provisions of chapter 9 of the Code of the City of Phoenix shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. In addition, a violation of the provisions of chapter 9 may be subject to civil sanctions and penalties, as may be more fully set forth in other sections of the Construction Code. Every person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each day, or portion of a day, during which such violation continues and shall be punishable therefor as herein provided. (Ord.
