Prime contractors/bidders that are awarded contracts on eligible projects incorporating SBE requirements must submit monthly updated participation reports, designed by the City Manager, which summarize the number and dollar amounts of subcontract awards made during the contract term and the actual participation of SBE firms that occurred during the report period.
