No person may knowingly own, possess or maintain control of a curb stop key, valve key or hydrant wrench for the City public water system without written permission from the Director. No person may fabricate, buy, sell or otherwise transfer a curb stop key, valve key, or hydrant wrench without written permission from the Director. (Ord. No. G-6741, § 2 (Exh. A), 2020)
