The City Clerk is hereby designated as the proper and appropriate party upon whom claims against the City shall be served under the provisions of Section 12-821.01, Arizona Revised Statutes, and upon whom service of process in litigation shall be served to comply with the provisions of State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, as such statutes and rules now exist or as they may be hereafter amended.
