In accordance with regulations, the Procurement Officer may require the submission of current cost or pricing data in connection with any contemplated contract award in the absence of sufficient price competition. In order to determine the reasonableness of any costs or prices, the Procurement Officer may also request data concerning change orders or amendments to contracts. (Ord. No. G-5953, 2014)
