A. A license may be renewed by filing an application and following the process provided by Federal law.

B. If a licensee fails to seek renewal as provided in subsection A of this section, then the licensee will comply with the provisions of Article XII of this chapter, Application Process, if the licensee wants to continue operating a cable system within the City.

C. Notwithstanding subsections A and B of this section, except as prohibited by Federal law, any lawful action to revoke a licensee’s license for cause may not be forestalled by the subsequent initiation or pendency of renewal proceedings or the filing of a license application.
