Sec. 5C-18. Noise level standard.

The average noise level of small wireless facilities located in local public right-of-way, including antenna and ground mounted equipment and electric meter, measured at any property line that is zoned or used for residential purposes must not exceed the lowest level of either:
A. Consistent with existing Code provisions 55 decibels (dB) when measured on an "A weighted" sound level meter and per the procedures of the Environmental Protection Agency; or
B. Such noise level standard as may be established by Federal or State law for small wireless facilities. (Ord. No. G-6407, 2018)
