Sec. 7-27. Rides.
This section is included in your selections.
A. Rides shall not be operated between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
B. It is unlawful for any person to operate a ride that does not have a tag affixed to the ride in a location clearly visible to the public.
C. The owner of the ride must submit the following information about the ride to be licensed and tagged:
1. Name of manufacturer.
2. Type of ride.
3. Serial number, if available.
D. It shall be unlawful for any person to advertise in any manner that would lead a reasonable person to believe that the issuance of a ride tag pursuant to this article means that the City has inspected the ride for safety or functionality. (Ord. No. G-1964, § 3; Ord. No. G-5389, § 29, 2009)
