Sec. 10-151. Imposition of fee.
This section is included in your selections.
A. A pawnbroker shall pay to the City of Phoenix a fee in the amount of three dollars and fifty cents for each report required to be prepared pursuant to A.R.S. § 44-1625(A).
B. The fee shall be due on the last business day of the month following the month in which the report required by A.R.S. § 44-1625(A) was required to be prepared. (Ord. No. G-4131, § 1, 1998; Ord. No. G-5525, § 1, 2010)
