Sec. 10-154. Jurisdiction of Court.

A. Jurisdiction of all proceedings to enforce the provisions of Sections 10-151 and 10-152 of this Article shall be in the Municipal Court of the City of Phoenix.
B. Civil actions to enforce the provisions of Sections 10-151 and 10-152 of this Article may be adjudicated by a judge or a civil hearing officer. (Ord. No. G-4131, § 1, 1998)
