A. The City of Phoenix Women’s Commission shall consist of not less than nine nor more than 17 members, serving for a period of three years without compensation. Members shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to the approval of the Council.

B. In the event of the death, resignation, removal or disqualification of any member of the Commission, the Mayor shall appoint to the Commission a member who shall serve for the unexpired term thus vacated. (Ord. No. G-4720, § 3, 2005; Ord. No. G-5720, 2012)
