A. The Mayor’s Commission on Disability Issues shall consist of not less than nine nor more than 17 members. Members shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to the approval of the Council. All appointments shall be for three-year terms without compensation expiring on June 30 in staggered sequence of no less than three members each year.

B. In the event of the death, resignation, removal or disqualification of any member of the Commission, the Mayor shall appoint to the Commission a member who shall serve for the unexpired term thus vacated. (Ord. No. G-5720, 2012)
