A. No change may be made to a controlling person of the licensee until the new controlling person has successfully completed the application process of Section 19-6; provided, that the requirement to meet with the Police Department shall not apply.

B. No change may be made to a designated agent of the licensee until the new designated agent has successfully completed the application process of Section 19-6; provided, that the requirement to meet with the Police Department shall not apply. (Ord. No. G-5619, 2011)
