Violations of this ordinance shall be a civil offense. Upon a finding or admission of responsible, a violator is subject to a sanction of not less than $50.00 but not more than $500.00, plus surcharges, costs and fees as set by law. (Ord. No. G-5252, § 1, 2008; Ord. No. G-5294, § 1, 2008)
