To promote standardization, operational efficiency and savings, the City Manager may issue determinations authorizing restrictive specifications for certain goods or services applicable to multiple solicitations over a stated period of time. When conducting solicitations for goods or services subject to a determination issued by the City Manager, the Procurement Officer will reference the determination when justifying the use of restrictive specifications.
