In order to defray the cost of providing cooperative purchasing services to other public procurement units, the City Manager is authorized to pay any administrative fees included in the contract prices of cooperative contracts to which the City participates so long as such fees are included in the contract’s price or cost in accordance with Section 43-10. The City Manager is also authorized to assess and receive similar fees associated with the provision of cooperative contracts led by the City to other public procurement units. (Ord. No. G-5953, 2014)
