Whenever a City election is to be conducted at the same time as an election of another political subdivision of the State of Arizona, the City Council may order that the City election be conducted concurrently with the election of the other political subdivision, using the same polling places that the other political subdivision uses for its election, if those polling places are within the City limits of the City of Phoenix.
