When a City election is conducted pursuant to Section 12-1700, the City Manager may enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the political subdivision holding the concurrent election to establish the procedures for conducting the election and processing the ballots. The City Council may appoint inspectors, judges, and clerks, who shall all be qualified electors of the City, to conduct the election and process the ballots. (Ord. No. G-5390, § 1, 2009)
