a. The City Council shall designate the days on which, and the hours during which, each voting center will be open for voting. Voting at voting centers shall begin no earlier than the Saturday preceding the date of the election.

b. On election day, the voting centers shall be opened at 6:00 a.m. and remain open until they are closed at 7:00 p.m.

c. On each day the voting centers are open, including election day, the Inspector shall proclaim the opening of the polls. The Inspector shall also proclaim the closing of the polls at one hour, at thirty minutes, at fifteen minutes, and at one minute before the time of closing, as well as at the time of closing. Any person who, at the moment of closing, is inside a voting booth or waiting in line to vote, shall be allowed to vote. (Ord. No. G-5390, § 1, 2009)
