The City Clerk shall deliver ballots or paper for printing ballots to the Election Board at each voting center. The City Clerk may deliver the ballots or ballot paper with the other required supplies. The Inspector and the Ballot Judge shall maintain the security of the official ballots or ballot paper. (Ord.
