A. If an error occurs and a customer has received City sewer service but was not charged for that service, the Director may charge the customer an amount not to exceed the cost of 36 months of service prior to the date the customer notifies the City of the error or the date the City discovers the error.

B. If an error occurs and a customer was charged for sewer service that was not received, the Director may approve a payment or credit to the customer in an amount not to exceed the cost of 36 months of service prior to the date the customer notifies the City of the error or the date the City discovers the error.
